What is Project Chronos?

Project Chronos is the fictional predictive engine at the center of Before the Reset. In the story, it's a machine built to model how millions of people react to pressure, and to map how wealth and work shift over five years.

Is Project Chronos real? No. Chronos, its basement, its engineers and the Chairman are invented for the novel.

What's real? The idea underneath it. Companies are learning to do more with fewer people, and the people who stay are often the ones who know how to direct AI. The book calls this the 10-to-1 Shift.

Why write it as fiction? So you'd feel it. The second half of the book drops the story and gives you a 90-day plan.
