Refund Policy

The 14-day guarantee

If Before the Reset isn’t for you, email me within 14 days of purchase and I’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to give a reason, fill in a form or prove anything.

This applies to every edition: The Book, Book + Audiobook, Book + 90-Day Protocol, and the Complete Archive.

How to request a refund

Email dane@danevexlan.com from the address you used at checkout. Include your order number, which is in your receipt email. If you can’t find it, the email address alone is usually enough.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of your request. They go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the money can take 5–10 business days to appear.

Who processes your payment

Orders are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which also handles refunds. Your bank or card statement will show a charge from Lemon Squeezy, not Dane Vexlan.

After 14 days

Requests made more than 14 days after purchase aren’t eligible for a refund. If something is wrong with your files, email me at any time and I’ll fix it.

Problems with your download

If a file won’t open, a link has expired or something is missing, email me first. I’ll send working files right away. This doesn’t use up your refund.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please email me before you contact your bank. A refund through me is faster for you, and chargebacks carry fees and penalties for independent authors. I’ll always honor a valid request made within the 14 days.

Fair use

The guarantee exists so you can buy without risk, not so you can collect the books for free. I may decline refunds to anyone who repeatedly buys and refunds.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
